How does it work?

Creatine
Creatine is a completely natural nutrient, vital to many processes in the body, including heart and brain function - it's found in relatively rich concentrations in meat and fish. Whenever you pump weights in the gym or sprint on the pitch, creatine is used as a key energy mediator. Correspondingly, creatine depletion (which happens in less than 10 seconds) determines when your maximal performance declines - if you've ever watched a 100m race, the athletes are actually getting slower at the end of the race.
